1. About ABISOL

ABISOL (Advanced Business Information Solutions) provides fractional CTO, fractional CISO, AI automation, and IT consulting services. These terms govern use of our website (abisol.com) and any consulting engagement unless a separate written agreement applies.

This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion, without notice.

3. Consulting Engagements

All consulting services are governed by a separate Statement of Work or engagement letter executed between ABISOL and the client. Key terms applicable to all engagements include:

Scope: Services are defined in the agreed Statement of Work. Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement.
Deliverables: Work product is delivered as specified in the Statement of Work. Ownership terms are defined per engagement.
Payment: Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Termination: Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding fees for work completed are payable upon termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

ABISOL's liability in connection with any engagement or use of this website is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a Statement of Work, ABISOL retains ownership of methodologies, frameworks, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property used in delivering services. Client-specific deliverables and work product, once paid in full, are assigned to the client as specified in the engagement agreement.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

ABISOL provides services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. We make no warranty that services will be error-free or that outcomes will meet specific targets not explicitly committed to in a Statement of Work.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ABISOL operates. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes to engagement terms require written agreement.
